How to Access E-Rekha Records

The E-Rekha portal offers access to old survey records, resurvey records, district maps, and other land documents. Follow these steps to search and download: 

1. Visit erekha.kerala.gov.in and log in (or sign up if new)

2. Click 'File Search' from the menu bar 

3. Choose record type: Old Survey Records, Resurvey Records, or District Maps 

4. Select district, taluk, village, block number, and survey number 

5. Click 'Submit' to view the document preview 

6. Click 'Checkout' to proceed to payment via internet banking 

7. Complete payment and download your certified document 

Registering for E-Rekha

New users must register before accessing records. Registration is free and requires: 

1. Visit erekha.kerala.gov.in 

2. Click 'Sign Up' on the top right 

3. Enter your name (alphanumeric only, minimum 5 characters) 

4. Provide email ID (this becomes your login username) 

5. Create a password and enter the verification code 

6. Click 'Register' and start accessing land records immediately 

How to Check Kerala Revenue Map Record

  • Visit the E-Rekha website.
  • On the menu bar, click on 'File Search'.
  • Click on 'Resurvey Records'.
  • Select one of the options under the 'Map' category i.e. FMB, Block Map, or Supply FMB'.
  • Select one of the options under 'Registers' i.e. LR, BTR, Correlation, BTR, or Area Register.
  • Enter your district, taluk, village, block number, and sheet number.
